Nordica Village began in 1925 as a seasonal vacation resort. Today it is a small community of renovated apartment homes in St. Petersburg's historic Allendale neighborhood that keep the original character: hardwood floors, vintage fixtures and designs, large living spaces and, in select homes, a clawfoot tub, a built-in vanity nook and a screened lanai. Tree-lined streets surround the property, and downtown St. Petersburg is only minutes away.
